Tom di Francesco, CPA is Chief Financial Officer at Golden Gate Global and Urbanite Capital. Mr. di Francesco has over 35 years of real estate accounting and finance experience. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Reliant Group Management in San Francisco and JB Matteson/Matteson Realty in San Mateo, CA. Prior to that he was Controller at The Swig Company and Audit Manager at Laventhol and Horwath, CPA’s. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, from California State University, East Bay.
