Kamyar Amiri-Davani

Kamyar Amiri-Davani serves as the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Urbanite Capital. He brings over a decade of experience in the alternative finance industry.

Prior to joining Urbanite Capital, Mr. Amiri-Davani co-founded Uglobal, a leading platform for education and networking among investors, professionals, and lenders. He co-founded EB5Investors.com and OpportunityZone.com, also leading their respective industries as platforms promoting various economic development programs. Mr. Amiri-Davani served as vice president of the company, bringing experience in management, marketing, product development, and publishing. He previously co-founded LawQA, a free legal information web platform acquired by Total Attorneys in 2011, and served as a director of marketing and corporate development at the digital media company Outclick Media.

In 2019, Mr. Amiri-Davani was appointed by the California Governor Gavin Newsom to the California Workforce Development Board where he currently serves as a board member. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
