Jaycee Yao is Counsel at Urbanite Capital. She assists with legal compliance, due diligence, fund formation, corporate governance and provides general legal support.

Prior to joining Urbanite Capital, Ms. Yao worked at two large U.S. law firms representing private equity sponsors. She earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from USC Gould School of Law and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University.
